Bunn spent two years in the youth team ranks at Spurs

Blackburn have signed goalkeeper Mark Bunn from League One side Northampton for an undisclosed fee.

The 23-year-old has signed a four-year deal, having made after making 106 appearances for the Cobblers.

"I'm absolutely delighted to be here - it's a dream cone true really," he told the Blackburn club website.

"I got the medical done on Sunday and today I've signed. It still hasn't sunk in, but I'm really looking forward to meeting all the lads."

Bunn's final game for Northampton was a notable one, with the Cobblers beating Bolton in the Carling Cup at the Reebok Stadium.

In May, Northampton placed a �1m price tag on Bunn following interest from Nottingham Forest, while he also spent a short time training with Manchester City.
