Andresen has not forced his way into the first team at Blackburn |
Norway striker John Carew has encouraged Martin Andresen to leave Blackburn and head for Spain. Carew, currently on loan at Roma from Valencia, moved to Spain in 2000 and believes a similar switch would be ideal for his international captain.
"Martin Andresen has a great talent, but I don't think that England is the right arena for him," Carew told Norwegian newspaper VG.
"I think Spain would be much better for him and I'd advise him to go there."
Andresen has made only eight appearances for Blackburn since arriving at Ewood Park from Stabaek in February.
