Jermaine Pennant has joined Birmingham on loan until the end of the season, subject to personal circumstances. The 22-year-old Arsenal midfielder is due in court on Tuesday to answer a drink driving charge.
He is expected to be available for Birmingham's Premiership match at home to Southampton on Wednesday.
Pennant joined Arsenal from Notts County in 1999 aged 15 for a fee of �2m, and has spent time on loan at Watford, and last season at Leeds.
