Parker was unhappy with the terms offered at Oakwell |
Barnsley have abandoned their interest in Blackpool's out-of-favour striker Keigan Parker. The clubs had reportedly agreed a fee for the 25-year-old Scot, who has also been linked with Swansea, but he was at odds with Barnsley over personal terms.
"We made him an offer which we believed was appropriate for an unproven Championship striker," manager Simon Davey told the club's website.
"He has turned this down and that is now the end of the matter."
Parker scored the second goal in Blackpool's 2-0 League One play-off final win over Yeovil last May, but has failed to find the net this season.
