Barnsley midfielder Dwayne Mattis has had his loan spell at Walsall ended after breaking a leg in the Saddlers' 0-0 draw at Tranmere on Friday. An X-Ray has confirmed that Mattis, 26, sustained a fractured fibula.
Barnsley boss Simon Davey told their website: "He will be in a cast for the foreseeable future. He will be out for three months."
Mattis joined Walsall in September on a month's loan and helped them to three wins and a draw in his four games.
