Barnsley have signed trialist Dennis Souza on a two-year contract, subject to international clearance. The 26-year-old Brazilian defender has been with the club during pre-season and Davey was thrilled to have signed him on a permanent deal.
"He has impressed during his short time with us," Davey told the club website.
"We are delighted that we have been able to complete the deal and look forward to working with him for the next two seasons."
