Striker Nathan Joynes, 21, made his first-team debut for the Tykes in April 2005 but is poised to spend the next month on loan at Halifax Town.

Also moving to Halifax on a month's loan is defender Robert Atkinson, 19, who spent much of last season in the Conference, on loan at Scarborough.

The third player leaving is midfielder Simon Heslop, 19, who is set to join Tamworth on loan later this week.
