Hendon has agreed a two-year contract as Barnet boss

New Barnet manager Ian Hendon has released four players as he looks to make his mark as a manager at the League Two club.

Striker Adam Birchall, midfielders Michael Leary and Nicky Nicolau and goalkeeper Ran Kadoch have all been told they are no longer needed.

Hendon told the club website: "Releasing players is not pleasant but the sole aim is to take Barnet forward.

"Perhaps it is time for a change for both club and players."
