Aston Villa have missed out on a place in Europe after a Uefa ballot. Villa went into a hat for a place in the Uefa Cup via the Premiership Fair Play League, but lost out after the draw at Hampden Park in Glasgow.
Clubs from Finland and Norway have claimed the last two places and they go into the first qualifying round.
Tottenham finished top of the Premiership's Fair Play League, but they qualified automatically for the Uefa Cup by finishing fifth.
