Moore has been out since the end of September |
Aston Villa striker Luke Moore wants to stay and fight for a first-team place, despite interest from clubs wanting to sign him on loan. The 21-year-old was a regular before a shoulder injury in September sidelined him for more than four months.
"I wouldn't want to go out on loan," said Moore. "The manager hasn't said anything to me but I think clubs have asked about me.
"There are 10 games left for Villa this season and I want to be involved."
Moore was injured in the first half of the 1-1 draw at Chelsea on 30 September.

Since then Villa have signed John Carew, Ashley Young and Shaun Maloney, increasing competition for places up front.
But Moore added: "I know there are new players here now but I've seen it before.
"I was told that Bosko Balaban would block my way when I first got into the team at Villa."
And the striker insisted he was now fully fit.
"I've had no problems with the shoulder," he stated.
"It's just unfortunate that we've had a three-week break before the Fulham game. If there had been games, I would have liked to have been involved.
"Reserve football is a lot different from the Premiership. You can't get 100% sharp. I have just been putting in the 90 minutes and taking it from there.
"I could be involved in the first team now. It's just up to the manager where he involves me."
