Worrying wait for Laursen
Aston Villa defender Martin Laursen will have another scan on his knee injury amid fears he could be out for a lengthy spell.

Laursen has been sidelined for three weeks after sustaining ligament damage.

"We need to take another closer look before we know exactly what is required," said manager David O'Leary.

"We don't know whether he will be missing for two, four or six weeks - he will have another scan on Wednesday and we will make a judgment then."

The Danish international joins fellow defender Liam Ridgewell, who also has a knee injury, on the sidelines.
