Brady is now head of youth development at Highbury and worked alongside Don Howe in helping the club to win last season's FA Youth Cup. But he sees nothing wrong in the continued influx of foreign talent to north London, while home-grown players are allowed to leave. Arsene Wenger has spent close to �20m this summer. New faces at the start of the season will include French winger Robert Pires, Cameroon international Lauren and Brazilian midfielder Edu, although his move is under threat due to passport problems. Brady said: "You can't blame Arsene Wenger or any manager for bringing foreign players in - they've proved they are better quality. "That's the challenge for people like myself working in youth development in England - to improve our players. "We've let our standards drop badly. There aren't so many kids playing football, they've got lots of other things to do.
