Aldershot have secured Salisbury City winger Andy Sandell on a permanent deal until the end of the 2009/10 season.

The 25-year-old joined the Shots in November after the Wiltshire club looked to cut its wage-bill and has played seven times, scoring one goal.

As part of the deal, Aldershot defender Dave Winfield has moved in the other direction on a month-long loan as he returns from long-term injury.

Shots boss Gary Waddock has confirmed Winfield is part of his future plans.
