Aldershot manager Gary Waddock praised keeper Nikki Bull for setting up the win that lifted the Shots up to second place in the Blue Square Premier. Bull made a crucial save from Exeter City winger Lee Elam just before Louis Soares struck in the 78th minute to set Aldershot on their way to a 2-0 win.
"I said to the lads afterwards that Nikki Bull won us the game with that save alone." said Waddock.
"Within a minute we went up the other end to take the lead.
Waddock added: "Our fitness levels kicked in and we ended the game strongly.?
