Aldershot boss Gary Waddock hailed his side's spirit after Dave Winfield's late goal preserved the Shots' unbeaten away record with a draw at Cambridge. "This group of players has a hunger and desire and never-say-die attitude and they really pleased me," Waddock said.
"Cambridge are an extremely difficult side to play against and to get a point here is an excellent result.
"The lads feel that they could have won it with their second-half performance, but we can't be too greedy."
