Brown to step down as Shots boss
Aldershot manager Terry Brown will step down from his post after Tuesday's Conference game against Weymouth.

Brown, who has been in charge of the Shots since March 2002, wants a break from football for personal reasons.

The 54-year-old said: "This is the right time for both parties to move on - the decision for me to leave is by amicable agreement."

Shots coach Martin Kuhl will take over as caretaker manager until a permanent successor for Brown is found.
