Aldershot have strengthened their play-off bid with the signing of Yeovil utility man Chris Giles. Giles, 21, who can play either as a striker or a central defender, has agreed a deal until the end of next season at the Recreation Ground.
He recently completed a loan spell with Woking and follows loan signing Jamie Gosling from Yeovil to the Shots.
Giles made almost 50 appearances for Yeovil, mainly as a substitute, after coming through the youth system.
He made his debut for his new club as a substitute in Saturday's defeat by Scarborough. Shots boss Terry Brown has also signed Egham Town striker Jeff Goulding and Ash United goalkeeper Danny Gowler on non-contract terms as added cover.
