John Coleman has 19 first-team players, including only one goalkeeper
Accrington Stanley boss John Coleman is hopeful that further talks with the club's new board of directors will lead to their transfer embargo being lifted.
The embargo, imposed by the Football League in September, has restricted Stanley to having just 20 registered players on their books at one time.
"I've got to speak to the club and hopefully go forward with a plan," Coleman told BBC Radio Lancashire.
"I hope it'll give us time to bring someone in before the end of November."
Accrington, who currently have a first-team squad of 19 players, are unable to add to their ranks either permanently or on loan.
The last player they signed was Tom Lees from Leeds United in September.
But, Coleman is now keen to meet non-executive chairman Ilyas Khan and club president Peter Marsden to plan their next move.
Until you can bring players in it's pointless trying to identify them

"I'll hopefully speak to Ilyas Khan and Peter Marsden before Saturday's game against Dagenham & Redbridge," he said.
"We know the areas we need to strengthen rather than the personnel but, until you can bring players in, it's pointless trying to identify them.
"Although you have in your mind who you want you can't make any in-roads because it can all blow up in your face.
"But, there are three or four players who we'd like to bring in. Whether we can is a different matter."
