Mullin has been regular goalscorer for Stanley for the past six years |
Accrington Stanley striker Paul Mullin has ended speculation about his future by committing himself to the club. League Two rivals Shrewsbury had agreed a fee of 75,000 for the 33-year-old, who has scored 11 times this season.
But Mullin turned down the Shrews and has now reached agreement on a new two-year contract with Stanley.
He has been with the club since August 2001, when he joined from Radcliffe Borough, and has since scored 85 times in 211 appearances in all competitions.
