Accrington's depleted squad has been hit by news that injury has ended midfielder David Mannix's loan spell from Liverpool. Mannix, who made his Stanley debut at Grimsby after signing just ahead of the deadline, has a knee injury.
Scans have shown the 21-year-old sustained ligament damage and he has returned to Anfield for treatment.
Mannix will not be fit to return for Accrington before the end of his one-month loan agreement.
