Aberdeen manager Jimmy Calderwood praised his side's creativity

"It was about time. People keep knocking us and rightly so at this time, but it was a wonderful performance," he said.

A clearly pleased Dons boss praised the creativity shown by his side.

"We could have scored ten, the chances we've had, but we got three and we've won a very difficult tie convincingly."

"It was a massive game for both clubs, and people started to doubt us, and when they doubt us we start to get angry.

"We're convinced when we play, which has been few and far between lately, we're convinced we can beat anybody."
