1400: That's 12 points from a possible 12 for Rangers in the league this season. Kenny Miller's 90th minute winner was harsh on Accies, but the league leaders won't mind.

1359:
My Sport

Rangers goal: Substitute Lee McCulloch threads the ball through to Kenny Miller and the Scotland hitman's lob finds the net, despite a despairing touch from Tomas Cerny. "That's why we're champions!" sing the jubilant Rangers fans. Accies are stunned...

Goooooooaaaaaaaaal
1349: GOAL! HAMILTON 1-2 RANGERS (KENNY MILLER)

BBC Scotland commentator Liam McLeod

1346:
Yellow card
Sasa Papac goes into referee Alan Muir's book for a full-blown cruncher on Flavio Paixao.

1343: The Hamilton Accies fans give Rangers a quick verbal blast of "Champions League? You're having a laugh." There's still six minutes remaining of a fascinating contest at New Douglas Park.

1341:
My Sport
From jbayne On My Sport: "Rangers have been terrible, we havent created anything since the goal"

1339: Rangers midfielder Steven Davis, with 10 minutes remaining, sends in a 25-yard howitzer but the ball speeds well wide of Tomas Cerny's goal.

Yellow card
1337: Andy Graham receives a booking for a scything challenge on a bewildered-looking Sasa Papac. It hasn't been a dirty game but that was a definite yellow.

1336: Hamilton keeper Tomas Cerny produces a superb save with his legs to deny Nikica Jelavic his second goal of the game. What a stop!

1331: Rangers make their final substitution, as Kenny Miller comes on for Kyle Lafferty.

1329: "Hamilton are building the pressure here and Rangers are having to clear their lines."
BBC Radio Scotland pundit Gordon Smith

1326: Flavio Paixao comes within a whisker of giving Accies the lead as he dances away from the attentions of Sasa Papac and Madjid Bougherra but his effort is deflected just wide with Allan McGregor stranded.

1325: Manager Walter Smith has seen enough to decide to shuffle his Rangers pack: James Beattie trots off to be replaced by Lee McCulloch.

1322: Rangers midfielder Steven Naismith is floored by a thundering Dougie Imrie challenge but springs back to his feet seconds later to send in a wicked drive towards goal, well-save by Tomas Cerny. This game has fizzed and crackled into life.

1321: The impressive but tiring Nigel Hasselbaink is replaced by new signing Damian Casalinuovo.

1320:
My Sport
From TheJollyLodger On My Sport: "Aw Boogie, there goes my prediction." A case of Boogie Blunderland? OK, I'll get my coat...

Hamilton goal: Now, then. Marco Paixao's low cross is sent into his own net by a horrified Madjid Bougherra amid much gnashing of teeth in the Rangers defence. The goal triggers THAT Paixao celebration; Accies are back in the game with half an hour to go.

Goooooooaaaaaaaaal
1315: GOAL! HAMILTON 1-1 RANGERS (MADJID BOUGHERRA O.G.)

1313: Steven Davis sends a high corner kick into the Accies penalty area but a sea of red and white engulfs the ball; both defences are nullifying attacks with relative ease.

1312: "It's been a poor spell in the last five minutes. Not much happening in the game." BBC Radio Scotland pundit Gordon Smith

1309: Hamilton probe and try to find a way through the resolute Rangers defence but they are equal to the task at the moment. The nippy Nigel Hasselbaink appears to be growing in confidence, we need another goal to quicken the collective pulse!

1307:
My Sport
From DiegotheDestroyer On My Sport: "Good first half from Jelavic: strong, brings others into the game and capped it with a goal. Kris who?" He looks a quality signing and his positional play isn't too bad either!

1305: The second half gets under way at New Douglas Park, with Rangers a goal to the good courtesy of Nikica Jelavic.

1259: Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson omitted striker Wayne Rooney from his squad to face Everton. But the troubled forward will face Rangers at Old Trafford in Tuesday's Champions League clash, according to Sir Alex.

1255: Rangers lead at half-time and you get the feeling that a second goal for the visitors could prove crucial. Hamilton are still in the game at 1-0. When you think of some of the players they've lost in recent seasons: James McCarthy, James McArthur and Brian Easton, it's understandable they face a period of transition.

Half time
1249: HALF TIME Hamilton 0-1 Rangers

1245: Just off the bench, Ricky Foster makes a mess of a clearance, letting Nigel Hasselbaink in on goal but Allan McGregor smothers the Dutchman's shot.

1243: On-loan signing from Aberdeen Richard Foster makes his Rangers debut as he comes on for the injured Kirk Broadfoot.

1241: A promising run by Accies midfielder Dougie Imrie eventually sees his shot block and his team-mates, who had been flooding forward, caught offside. That's the story of the first half for the hosts: their efforts are crumbling in the final third.

1239: "I think Billy Reid will be happy. His team have competed. But you're never entirely happy when your team are 1-0 down."
BBC Radio Scotland pundit Gordon Smith So, the Hamilton Accies boss is happy, sort of...

1237:
My Sport
From bringthemonjpn On My Sport: "Looks like Lafferty has decided his already put in his full 10 minutes of running. Tell you what, though: Jelavic, Beattie and Miller. That will work."

1235: Honest toil from Accies in the opening 35 minutes, but they need to produce a wee bit of magic if they are to find an equaliser.

Yellow card
1233: Hamilton new boy Jim Goodwin earns the first yellow card of the game for a clumsy rather than malicious sliding tackle on Nikica Jelavic.

1231: Rangers keep the ball for a couple of minutes, trading passes along their defence before Maurice Edu suddenly launches a quick break. His through ball finds Nikica Jelavic and his shot is deflected for a corner. The striker looks a good signing...

1230: "Rangers have done very little in the game so far to suggest they're going to score a few goals."
BBC Radio Scotland pundit Gordon Smith

1227: Hamilton force a corner after Madjid Bougherra heads behind after a wicked Dougie Imrie free-kick. After a bit of pinball in the box, Allan McGregor clutches Simon Mensing's close-range header.

1225:
My Sport
From JodyMorris4England On My Sport: "Even with the early goal it already looks like this won't be a walk in the park for Rangers. If they were expecting an easy ride before the much sterner challenge they face in midweek then they could be in trouble here."

1224: Nikica Jelavic shows a bit of ingenuity on the right and his low centre narrowly evades the sliding lunge of strike partner James Beattie. Rangers go close to doubling their lead.

1221: The home side are toiling away without managing to pierce the Rangers rearguard. Jelavic's bullet header apart, Walter Smith will be looking for his side to once again test Accies at the back.

1220: Hamilton are coming more into the game now and buoyed by his earlier effort, Marco Paixao spears into the Rangers penalty area but he screws his effort wide of McGregor's goal.

1219: "That was a terrific effort. That was going in the net without question unless McGregor pulled off that great save, which he did." BBC Radio Scotland pundit Gordon Smith

1215: Marco Paixao goes close to scoring an equaliser for shell-shocked Accies but his shot from the edge of the area is brilliantly tipped over by Allan McGregor.

1214:
My Sport
From TheJollyLodger On My Sport: "Great start. The Gers can relax a bit and hit them on the break. We need to save the legs for midweek."

1213: New Douglas Park is bathed in sunshine and Rangers are warming to the task. Jelavic is looking lively up front and Lafferty is getting plenty of joy down the left. Food for thought for Accies boss Billy Reid.

1212: "The first real attack for Rangers, but it was a good one and an excellent finish" BBC Radio Scotland pundit Gordon Smith

Rangers goal: The visitors take the lead with a goal of stunning simplicity. Kyle Lafferty gallops down the left unopposed and his perfect cross is headed home by Nikica Jelavic with Accies keeper Tomas Cerny cruelly exposed. The Accies defence all-at-sea as the big former Rapid Vienna striker scores his first goal for Rangers.

Goooooooaaaaaaaaal
1207: GOAL! HAMILTON 0-1 RANGERS (JELAVIC)

1205: Hamilton Accies appeal unsuccessfully for a penalty as teenage Dutch striker Nigel Hasselbaink nips in between Kirk Broadfoot and David Weir before taking a tumble in the box. Correct decision for me.

1203: Rangers striker James Beattie tries to steal in behind Martin Canning but the ball speeds through to keeper Tomas Cerny.

1201: Both managers share a joke and a handshake outside their respective dugouts and the first half is under way at New Douglas Park.

1159: Martin Ferguson, the Manchester United scout, is watching from the New Douglas Park stand.

1158: Television pictures offer a brief glimpse of the Hamilton players gearing up in the home dressing room. Accies boss Billy Reid is delivering some last-minute tactical advice with a few hops and jabs that Scotland boxing champion Ricky Burns would be proud of.

1154: Now here's a thing. Despite recording three league wins from as many games, Rangers manager Walter Smith has urged his troops to show greater fluency ahead of their latest tilt at the Champions League. They haven't looked too shabby this season. And what about Accies? Billy Reid's men will be looking to use the 1-0 win away to Inverness CT in their last league game as momentum.

1151:
My Sport
From JodyMorris4England On My Sport: "I walked past Jody Morris yesterday in town buying a coffee with Chris Millar. I've got a feeling that caffeine boost is going to see us through today for the three points. We're too good to be bottom of the pile for long: 3-1 Saints (we don't really do clean sheets)." I hope the caffeine keeps me going today. I've already had three cups...

1148: I always enjoy World Cup and Euro qualifiers but there's nothing like Saturday club football to whet the appetite...

1146:
My Sport
From EDGE On My Sport: "With Rangers facing the daunting task of a visit to Old Trafford this week, a good victory at Accies should help steady some nerves."

1143: Striker Nikica Jelavic makes his first start for Rangers, but Richard Foster, a loan signing from Aberdeen, is on the bench. Jelavic, Kirk Broadfoot, Maurice Edu and Kyle Lafferty all start. With an eye on next week's Champions League clash with Manchester United, Gers boss Walter Smith names Kenny Miller, Lee McCulloch and Vladimir Weiss among the substitutes.

1142: Jim Goodwin makes his Accies debut, but fellow new recruit Damian Casalinuovo has to settle for a place on the bench.

1140: Teams from New Douglas Park:
Hamilton Accies: Cerny, Buchanan, Canning, Goodwin, Graham, Flavio Paixao, Imrie, Mensing, Marco Paixao, Hasselbaink, Routledge. Subs: Murdoch, Skelton, McDonald, Casalinuovo, Lyle, Thomas, Gillespie.
Rangers: McGregor, Broadfoot, Bougherra, Weir, Papac, Naismith, Edu, Davis, Lafferty, Jelavic, Beattie. Subs: Alexander, McCulloch, Miller, Foster, Weiss, Little, Hutton.
Referee: Alan Muir

1135: Good morning and welcome to a bumper day of Scottish Premier League football. We've got six games this afternoon. First up, it's Hamilton Accies v Rangers at New Douglas Park.
