By Keir Murray

Red card
With three minutes of injury time to be played, Lee McCulloch is late with a challenge on Aiden McGeady and shown a second yellow and a red.

2137: We're used to seeing Rod Stewart and Billy Connolly at Celtic Park. But Les Dennis?!

2136: Player of the year Steven Davis makes a poor pass as Rangers break. Celtic have the ball again.

2134: Three minutes to go at Celtic Park. Celtic try to keep possession to limit Rangers' chances.

2131: Rangers go dramatically close to an equaliser. A Novo shot from about eight yards out strikes the arm of O'Dea. However, before anyone in blue could claim for a penalty Kenny Miller had blasted in the rebound from inside the six-yard box...only to see it come crashing back off the post.

2127: Steven Davis shoots from the edge of the box, but his effort deflects off Darren O'Dea's boot and is turned acrobatically past the post by Lukasz Zaluska.

2125: Kyle Lafferty is replaced by Nacho Novo, who is met with a chorus of boos from the Celtic fans.

Yellow card
Stevie Naismith is the latest in a long line of bookings, on this occasion for clipping the heels of Aiden McGeady.

2123: Georgios Samaras comes on as a substitute for Celtic's Marc-Antoine Fortune.

2121: Kenny Miller has a half chance on the edge of the box but fires weakly at Lukasz Zaluska.

2119: Darren O'Dea heads Lee Naylor's corner back across goal and Scott Brown heads over the bar from a few yards out.

2118: As Rangers crank up the pressure, Mark Wilson clears acrobatically ready to pounce.

2117: A fantastic effort by Kenny Miller on the volley, set up in the box by Maurice Edu, goes a few inches wide. What a chance.

2114: Steven Whittaker cuts down the right and delivers a delicious ball into the danger area. Kenny Miller and Andreas Hinkel compete for the ball and the ball is turned over the bar.

2112: Steven Whittaker goes on a mazy run from the halfway line, causing havoc, but is stopped in his tracks by...teammate Maurice Edu.

2111: Kenny Miller is penalised for a barge into the back of Mark Wilson in the Celtic box after he and Steven Davis had combined well in a quick break.

2109: It's worth mentioning that in Zaluska and Alexander, both teams have excellent reserve goalkeepers to call upon.

2107: "It has started slowly in this half. Celtic are pressing well, but Rangers have stiffened up the midfield."BBC Scotland match summarises Billy Dodds.

Yellow card
Andreas Hinkel goes into the ref's book for scything down Maurice Edu.

2104: We are hearing Artur Boruc has possibly broken two fingers. Sounds painful!

2103: Robbie Keane breaks free on the left and races into the box but his right-foot shot with the outside of the boot lacks menace.

2102: Celtic change goalkeeper - Lukasz Zaluska comes on for fellow countryman Artur Boruc, who is cheered by the home fans as he jogs off.

2101: Kenny Miller turns Celtic's Mark Wilson but his shot is deflected for a corner.

2100: Maurice Edu edges forward at a free-kick into the Celtic box and just fails to connect with the knock-on.

Yellow card
Celtic captain Scott Brown clatters Kyle Lafferty an age after the ball had left the big Rangers striker. Referee Calum Murray didn't like that at all.

2057: "Derby match connection in Black Country so far with the two ex-Wolves players scoring and a West Brom player in Fortune!" Text to 80295 from Tom from Wolverhampton

2055: Celtic's Aiden McGeady halts Kenny Miller is in his tracks with a rather cynical foul.

2052: Normally when we do these live text commentaries, the page updates automatically. This is happening only intermittently, so it is probably best to use your F5 key tonight. Thanks.

2049: If you are able to stay up until midnight on a school night, you can watch the highlights from this match on the BBC Sport site then.

2046: We're waiting to hear how Allan McGregor is after landing awkwardly on his right foot. It's possibly a medial ligament injury for the Rangers goalie - let's hope not.

2043: Rangers' equaliser and Celtic's second were very similar goals - great crosses from distance and forwards keen to get on the end of them.

2040: This has to be good for Neil Lennon's CV, whether he lands the job at Celtic or elsewhere. But hang on, there are 45 minutes to go...

My Sport
Here's mem's assessment on My Sport: "Two very bad goals given away by Rangers, you can tell the concentration level is not 100% tonight, it's obvious the result means more to Celtic than it does Rangers.

Half time
Celtic 2-1 Rangers

Yellow card
2025: As half-time approaches, Celtic's Diomansy Kamara is booked for a petulant swipe at Maurice Edu.

Goooooooaaaaaaaaal
A terrific ball from Lee Naylor is met by Marc-Antoine Fortune, who gets up above Stevie Smith and powers a downward header through Neil Alexander's legs from six yards.

GOAL Celtic 2-1 Rangers (Marc-Antoine Fortune)

Goooooooaaaaaaaaal
Player of the month for April Kenny Miller leaps to nod home a superb cross-field ball from Steven Whittaker. Artur Boruc had no chance this time.

GOAL Celtic 1-1 Rangers (Kenny Miller)

2029: Rangers' best chance of the match - Kenny Miller is thwarted by the frame of Artur Boruc from close range.

2027: Kyle Lafferty and Kenny Miller are not seeing too much of the ball. Their energies are being spent closing down the Celtic defence.

2026: Rangers left-back Stevie Smith slides in to nick the ball off the toe of Robbie Keane as he was about to fire a shot from six yards.

2025: "What an outcome for Lennon if he could get Mowbray's duds to wallop Watty's Champions." Text to 80295 from Calum in Falkirk.

2024: Stevie Naismith nudges Artur Boruc off balance after the big Pole had collected a high ball.

2022: Neil Alexander collects a floated ball into the six-yard box just in time.

2020: David Weir executes a most unusual challenge on Marc-Antoine Fortune. He cut right across the Celtic striker...at waist height.

2017: As you'll have guessed, our servers are playing up tonight... Since our last update Rangers have had some success in pushing Celtic back but the home side still lead.

Yellow card
2009: Two quick bookings for Rangers as Kevin Thomson and Lee McCulloch are cautioned for late challenges on Aiden McGeady and Landry N'Guemo respectively.

2005: Rangers have had a fair bit of possession in and around the Celtic penalty area but, other than Kyle Lafferty's shot past the near post, they have yet to seriously threaten the home goal.

1957: The Celtic fans have come to life after a few weeks of slumber at home. They are enjoying their early advantage big time!

Goooooooaaaaaaaaal
Stevie Naismith gives away a foul at least 25 yards out and up steps Lee Naylor to blast a low deflected free-kick past sub Neil Alexander. A great start for the home side.

GOAL Celtic 1-0 Rangers (Lee Naylor)

1952: Neil Alexander dusts himself down and comes on for the Rangers number one.

1951: The stretcher-bearers are on the pitch. It could be the end of McGregor's involvement after just a few minutes. He seemed to twist his right knee as he landed after trying to grasp Lee Naylor's corner.

1950: Lee Naylor takes an in-swinging corner in front of the Rangers fans. Allan McGregor, the Rangers goalkeeper, looks to have twisted his knee.

1948: The match kicks off and within seconds there is a meaty challenge. Robbie Keane is on the receiving end of a Kevin Thomson challenge.

1946: A text to 80295 from Robert from Paisley: "I hope that Lennon gets the job. He will end up another John Barnes. Rangers all the way." Tut-tut.

1944: The teams are out on the pitch. "It's a Grand Old Team to Play For" is belted out from the PA system.

1943: There seems to be even more pantomime than usual. We hear the Rangers fans have brought newspapers with them, the idea being to idly flick through the pages while the game rages on to suggest the match means nothing to them.

>1937: While Walter Smith has selected the following line-up for Rangers: McGregor, Whittaker, McCulloch, Weir, Smith, Davis, Edu, Thomson, Naismith, Lafferty, Miller.>1935: The Celtic team is as follows: Boruc, Hinkel, Wilson, O'Dea, Naylor, McGeady, Brown, N'Guemo, Kamara, Keane, Fortune.
1932: It's a strange situation for an Old Firm game - on paper, there is nothing to play for. Rangers have won the league and Celtic are assured of second place. But interim Celtic manager Neil Lennon has a 100% league record to defend and wants to beat Rangers to help his case for securing the job on a (more) permanent basis.

1930: Welcome to the live text commentary of Celtic's match against the Scottish Premier League winners Rangers.
