Rangers captain David Weir has described Celtic's recent complaints about referees as "faceless" and feels his side's city rivals are just trying to put pressure on whistler Dougie McDonald ahead of Sunday's Old Firm derby. (Sunday Mail)

Former Rangers captain Richard Gough has called for the Scottish FA to appoint English referees for Old Firm games.

Gough believes the time has come to take the pressure off Scottish whistlers by calling in referees from down south. (News of the World)

Celtic goalkeeper Artur Boruc, the Scottish Premier League's highest paid player, is to be offloaded by the Glasgow club this summer in the hope of generating a £3.5m transfer fee. (Sunday Mail)
