The Ibrox side still have outstanding fixtures to play at St Mirren and Motherwell and dates for those games will depend on how they fare in the Uefa Cup.
According to the new schedule, Rangers' final four league games see them travel to Hibernian, host Motherwell and Dundee United before finishing the season at Aberdeen.
Celtic, who trail by seven points having played a game extra, have one more pre-split fixture to play at Motherwell on Sunday.
Their final three games are at Motherwell again, at home to Hibs, before a final-day trip to Dundee United.
Struggling Gretna, who are in administration and were relegated weeks ago, have just one home fixture as they aim to get to the end of what has been a troubled season.
