Lex Gold will continue in his role as executive chairman and director of the Scottish Premier League. At Thursday's Annual General Meeting it was decided that Gold should carry on for his ninth season at the helm.
Dundee United and Hibernian chairmen Eddie Thompson and Rod Petrie continue to serve on the SPL board.
Falkirk's Campbell Christie and Eric Riley of Celtic were also elected by the top flight clubs to complete the five-man panel.
