Pressley is considering offers from six clubs |
Former Hearts captain Steven Pressley is considering contract offers from six clubs, BBC Sport understands. SPL champions Celtic are vying with Premiership and Championship clubs for the 33-year-old's signature.
The Scotland international left Hearts after criticising majority shareholder Vladimir Romanov and revealing there was "dressing-room unrest".
Southampton, Derby County and Leeds have been linked with a move for the central defender.
BBC Sport understands the six offers range from 18 months to two-and-a- half years.
Pressley was omitted from the squad for November's game at Falkirk amid reports of a plot to remove him as captain.
He is ineligible to play for any new employer before the opening of the transfer window in January.
