Balde escapes SFA action
Balde sends Livi's Marc Libbra flying
Bobo Balde used his strength to help beat Livi
Celtic defender Bobo Balde has escaped disciplinary action and will not face suspension after an incident against Livingston at the weekend.

It was claimed that the defender raised his hands to Livi striker Jim Hamilton at Celtic Park.

But Scottish FA disciplinary and refereeing chief Drew Herbertson said: "The matter will not be referred to the review panel and the matter is closed.

"It was an incident which doesn't warrant any investigation."

Referee Craig Thomson had missed the incident, but Livi manager Richard Gough claimed that Balde could have been sent off.
