Snow forces off five Scottish Football League games
Five Scottish Football League games have been postponed because of snow overnight and on Saturday morning.
Cowdenbeath's First Division game against Ross County was first to be called off after a 0745 GMT inspection.
Morton against Stirling Albion was postponed later in the morning along with games in Divisions Two and Three.
Livingston against Peterhead and Stenhousemuir against Dumbarton in Division Two was called off along with Clyde versus East Stirlingshire.
There are also two Scottish Cup quarter-finals scheduled for Saturday, with Aberdeen the visitors for the early kick-off at St Mirren Park.
However, St Mirren say that snow has been cleared from the pitch in Paisley and the game goes ahead.
And the tie at Glebe Park, where St Johnstone are the visitors against Brechin City, survived an 1100 inspection.
No new dates have been announced for the postponed matches.
The SFL has already been badly hit with call-offs during the winter, leading to a number of midweek re-arranged fixtures.
Now five of the 14 fixtures scheduled for Saturday have been added to the backlog.
The postponement of the game at Central Park has delayed the first competitive meeting between Jimmy Nicholl and Jimmy Calderwood since the pair left Kilmarnock.
Nicholl, who was assistant in the long-time management team, is now boss of Cowdenbeath, while Calderwood recently took charge of County.
