East Fife secured their place in the Second Division play-off final despite losing out to Stranraer. Paul McGrillen scored the winner for Stranraer, but the hosts could not overturn their 4-1 first-leg defeat.
McGrillen broke the deadlock in the 64th minute when he hooked Michael Moore's cross home from close range.
Stranraer goalkeeper Allan Ferguson reacted well to thwart Craig O'Reilly, before the home side's Robert Walker was dismissed for a foul on O'Reilly.
