Berwick Rangers progressed to the Second Division play-off final after holding out for a draw at home. Mark Ramsay had a chance to extend Berwick's lead from the first leg when he was one-on-one with Willie McCulloch but shot straight at the goalkeeper.
McCulloch had a fine double save to deny Gareth Hutchison and Sean Paliczka before a Paul McGrillen attempt struck the bar at the other end.
Gary O'Connor's save from Iain Diack stopped the tie going into extra time.
