Craig Jones opened the scoring four minutes after the break before Craig Williams' double sealed their sixth successive home win.
Jones' last-minute strike put a gloss on the triumph as Aberystwyth's winless run extended to three games.
Bala Town 1-1 Port Talbot Town (Sat): Port Talbot failed to secure their sixth successive league win at mid-table Bala Town.
Owain Roberts scored a fourth minute opener for the hosts as Bala bid for their third consecutive victory.
But Neil Thomas' leveller in the 23rd minute saved Port Talbot a point before the European-chasing visitors had Gareth Phillips sent off late on.

The Welsh Premier's bottom club were beaten by a Robbie Walters double before Geraint Lewis was red carded for the hosts with six minutes remaining.
Cefn Druids 0-1 Carmarthen Town (Sat): Struggling Cefn Druids were beaten by Tim Hicks' 13th minute strike as the hosts were condemned to their fifth defeat in seven league games.
Newtown 2-5 Bangor City (Sat): Bangor duo Ashley Stott and Chris Sharp both fired a brace as the ten-man visitors beat Newtown in an incredible second-half.
All seven goals were scored after the break and City were 4-0 by the hour as Stott's double, Sharp's first and Jamie Reed's goal in the 60th minute ensured Bangor were in control.
But Bangor defender Dave Swanwick was sent off as Jamie Breeze and Ross Stephens scored consolations for Newtown before Sharp's late second secured the comprehensive triumph.
Porthmadog 0-1 Connah's Quay Nomads (Sat): Struggling ten-man Porthmadog, who had Paul Roberts sent off, suffered their third successive league defeat thanks to an early Paul Hayes goal for Connah's Quay.
Rhyl 4-1 Welshpool Town (Sat): A superb first-half Rhyl performance secured their first Welsh Premier win for two months against struggling Welshpool.
Goals from John Leah, Chris Williams and Lee Hunt ensured Steffan Edwards' opener for Welshpool did not remain long in the memory.
Gareth Owen's second-half strike sealed Rhyl's first league win since 9 October - eight games ago.
Llanelli 4-1 Prestatyn Town (Sun): Llanelli return to the top of the Welsh Premier League with a 4-1 win over Prestatyn Town.

Colwyn Bay 4-0 Rossendale United (Sat): Colwyn Bay consolidated their lead at the top of the Unibond League First Division North with a convincing win over relegation-threatened Rossendale United.
Ian Sheridan's double just before half-time set Bay on their way before Luke Denson and Lee Davey struck late to confirm the win.
