Llanelli face the rest of last season's high fliers in the opening six weeks of the campaign, as they travel to Rhyl on 30 August and host The New Saints on 20 September.
Aberystwyth Town 6-2 Neath FC (Fri): Luke Sherbon and Graham Evans both struck twice as Aberystwyth romped to victory.
Glyndwr Hughes opened the Seasiders account after five minutes with Sherbon and a Sean Cronin own goal making it 3-0 inside 20 minutes.
Evans got his first on 48 minutes to make it 4-0 before Jarrod Price pulled one back.
Evans and Sherbon each got their second goals put the host 6-1 up and Price found the net again to reduce the deficit.
Newi Cefn Druids 3-3 Welshpool Town (Fri): Ross Stephens rescued a point for Welshpool with a last-minute equaliser.
Stephens had put the visitors ahead after eight minutes before Joe Feeney and Nicky Ward gave Newi the advantage.
Paul Roberts levelled after the break, but Geraint Lewis put the hosts on course for a win until Stephens struck.
Prestatyn Town 2-1 Airbus UK (Fri): Ian Griffith grabbed a brace as new boys Prestatyn shocked Airbus.
He opened the scoring with an 18-yard volley on 31 minutes and doubled the lead just before the hour with a header but injured himself in the process.
Jonathan Slater got a consolation for Airbus in the last minute.
Bangor City 0-2 Llanelli (Sat): First-half goals from Lee Phillips and Craig Williams saw champions Llanelli win their grudge match at the Citizens.
Mark Limbert missed a late second-half penalty for Bangor after Llanelli's Steve Evans was sent off.
Caersws FC 1-0 Caernarfon Town (Sat): Jamie Haynes' 37th-minute strike secured the points for Caersws.
Carmarthen Town 1-0 Porthmadog FC (Sat): A Tim Hicks goal on 40 minutes was enough to get the victory for the home side.
Gap Connah's Quay 2-1 Haverfordwest County (Sat): Danny Forde opened the scoring for the home side on 41 minutes, only to see Jack Christopher equalise on the stroke of half time.
But Connah's Quay were not to be outdone, Liam Loughlin securing the win in the 61st minute.
Rhyl 3-0 Newtown (Sat): Ambitious Rhyl opened their season in style with first-half goals from Greg Stones and Neil Roberts.
Roberts' fellow summer signing Jamie Reed rounded off the scoring four minutes from time.
The New Saints 2-0 Port Talbot Town (Sat): Goals before the break from Jamie Wood and Alfie Carter saw perennial Welsh Premier challengers Saints off to a solid start to the season.

Chelmsford City 0-0 Newport County (Sat): Newport secured a first point of the season after losing their last two fixtures.

Merthyr Tydfil 1-4 Brackley (Sat): Merthyr fell to defeat in the week that saw them facing a High Court writ to wind the club up due to its debts.
Tom Winters opened the scoring, before Craig Steins equalised for the Martyrs three minutes before the break.
But the home side crumbled to a second-half Ben McKay brace, before Winters rounded off the scoring.
UNIBOND FIRST DIVISION NORTH
Colwyn Bay 2-1 Garforth Town (Sat): Steve Aspinall's 86th-minute penalty gave new Colwyn Bay manager Steve Pope a win in his first league game.
A Nathan Kamara own goal had given the Welsh side the lead, Wayne Harrat equalising on 60 minutes.
