Andy Cale has his players in top shape ahead of the tie with Sudova.
The New Saints believe they are better prepared than ever as they try to make it past the opening round in Europe for the first time.
"We've been preparing for this game not just now, but from March last season, when we knew we'd qualify," manager Andy Cale told BBC Radio Shropshire.
"The players came back very fit for pre-season, so we got straight into a lot of technical work.
"We're all very excited," he said ahead of the Uefa Cup tie with Suduva.
The first leg is in Lithuania on 17 July, before Saints stage the home leg at Newtown a fortnight later.
Saints warmed up with a 3-1 behind-closed-doors friendly win at Park Hall on Tuesday against a Chester City side playing their first pre-season fixture.
After Jamie Wood's long-range first-half strike, a goalkeeping error allowed Chester back on level terms. But, after twice hitting the woodwork, Saints went on to win with goals from Michael Wilde and Nico Andelic.
