Glentoran 1-2 The New Saints | | The New Saints beat Northern Ireland's Glentoran 2-1 in their final warm-up match before Wednesday's Champions League first qualifying round match. Barry Hogan put TNS in front on 21 minutes only for Ryan Berry to head in the equaliser after 36 minutes. But substitute John Toner scored the winner 12 minutes to give the Welsh Premier champions a boost before their trip to face MyPa-47 of Finland. TNS lost 2-1 Portadown in their first pre-season friendly on Tuesday.
