The next day sees Bangor-Cefn Druids, Carmarthen-Caernarfon, Quay Nomads v Newtown, Cwmbran-Rhyl, Caersws v Haverfordwest and Porthmadog-Welshpool.
Port Talbot sit out the first weekend of action. The league - reduced to 17 clubs this season - will again play back-to-back derbies over Christmas.
