Rhyl will begin the defence of their Welsh Premier title with a tough trip to Haverfordwest County on Saturday, 14 August. Their first home game will be against Cwmbran the following Saturday.
The league's two newcomers, Llanelli and Airbus UK, will also be on their travels - Llanelli take on Bangor City while Airbus play Newtown.
TNS, who were beaten to the title by just a point last season, welcome Afan Lido to Treflan.
