Leeds United striker Jermaine Beckford hit a hat-trick in his side's Carling Cup first round hammering of Chester.
Leeds went two up through Beckford's close-range opener and Robert Snodgrass but Ryan Lowe pulled one back when his shot deflected in off Rui Marques.
Andy Robinson then scored in between Beckford's left-foot 20-yard stunner and a superb chip as Leeds raced out of reach inside the first 35 minutes.
Chester were soundly beaten but Lowe grabbed a second with a penalty.
