Johnny Harkness has agreed a one-year deal with Coleraine

Coleraine manager David Platt has completed the signing of former Linfield defender Johnny Harkness.

The Crumlin man becomes Platt's second summer signing following the capture of Aaron Black from Crusaders.

The versatile Harkness has signed a one-year deal and will look to make an impression at Coleraine after two injury-hit seasons with Lindfield.

Before returning to the Irish League, the former NI Youth international had spells with Walsall and Kidderminster.
