An early goal by Dwayne McManus proved enough as Ballinamallard United beat Limavady United 1-0 in the Co-operative Insurance Cup third round.
After a goal-less first leg, McManus shot home the decisive goal in the seventh minute at the Showgrounds.
Limavady got a penalty on 53 minutes but Vincent Sweeney's kick was saved by visiting keeper Trevor Morrison.
Ballinallard are at home to holders Portadown in the first leg of the quarter-final on Saturday.
