David Platt's Coleraine side lifted the North West Trophy

Coleraine lifted the North West Senior Cup by edging out Limavady United 5-3 on penalties after the game had ended 3-3 after extra-time.

Championship leaders United were 2-0 up at half-time thanks to goals from Lee Patrick and Trevor Hutchinson.

Rory Patterson and substitute Gareth Harkin replied before Patrick scored his second of the night.

However Darren Boyce's late equaliser ensured extra-time and there were no further goals before the shoot-out.
