Loughgall extend Championship gap

Niall Currie's Loughgall lead the Championship table by four points

Loughgall moved four points clear in the Ladbrokes.com Championship after beating Banbridge 4-2 on Saturday.

Ards moved a point above Portadown into second place by beating Larne 3-2 although Ronnie McFall's side have two games in hand on both top two sides.

Donegal Celtic are only a point behind the Ports after beating Limavady 2-1.

Killymoon Rangers beat Armagh City 1-0, Ballymoney won 3-0 at Carrick, Tobermore beat Dergview 2-0 while Glebe Rangers defeated Ballyclare 4-3.

Like Portadown, Donegal Celtic have two games in hand on Loughgall and Ards.

Stephen Magennis put Banbridge Town 1-0 up at Lakeview Park but Dean Smith's hat-trick helped Loughgall fight back to win.

Bryan Pentland was also on target for Loughgall while Aidan McVeigh scored a late goal for Banbridge.
