Northern Ireland Under-21s drew 1-1 with Ukraine in their friendly match at Shamrock Park on Tuesday night.
Konoplienka scored with a 36th-minute penalty after Scott Gibb was adjudged to have fouled Zozulya inside the area.
Corry Evans, Martin Donnelly, Curtis Allen and Josh McQuoid went close for the home side after the interval.
Chris Casement scored the equaliser by heading in at the back post on 70 minutes after Craig Cathcart had headed on a Donnelly free-kick.
Ukraine goalkeeper Kaniboltskiy fumbled the ball in the 21st minute but Gibb failed to capitalise, shooting wide.
After the visitors broke the deadlock, Evans fired a low shot wide of the goal and then substitute Donnelly saw his left-foot free-kick tipped over.
Allen headed over and McQuoid headed wide before Wycombe Wanderers player Casement delivered the equaliser.
