Cliftonville secured a place in the top six of the Premiership with a 2-1 win over 10-man Bangor at Solitude.
Andy Morrow, Dean Youle and Paul McDowell all hit the woodwork for the Seasiders before Ryan Brown saved a Mark Patterson penalty on 45 minutes.
Chris Boyd was sent-off for handling on the line for the spot-kick and Chris Scannell netted from close range on 63.
Mark Holland poked the ball home in the 77th minute but Marty Verner scored with an overhead kick after 85 minutes.
Morrow was first to hit the bar, Youle's header was next and then McDowell as luckless Bangor failed to break the deadlock.
George McMullan had an effort ruled out for offside and then Brown made a fine save to deny Patterson.
Boyd was sent-off for deliberate handball but Patterson was again thwarted by Brown when he stepped up to take the penalty.
The Reds finally broke the stalemate when McMullan floated in a corner, Holland flicked the ball on, and Scannell fired home from a few yards out.
With 13 minutes remaining, Holland hit the post but steered the ball home at the second attempt.
Verner's late strike proved a mere consolation for Bangor.
