Portadown will play Glentoran and Lisburn Distillery will face Newry City in the semi-finals of the Co-Operative Insurance Cup next month.
The Ports, conquerors of holders Linfield in the quarter-finals and leaders of the Championship, play the Glens on Wednesday 21 January.
The Whites take on Newry on Tuesday 20 January, with the venues for both ties yet to be announced.
The final of the competition will be staged on Saturday 28 February.
