Paul Munster celebrates after scoring a goal

Linfield hammered Bangor 5-0 after dominating throughout at Clandeboye.

Mark Gracey headed an own-goal past Andrew Plummer from Damien Curran's inswinging free-kick after 15 minutes.

Jamie Mulgrew made it 2-0 when he fired into the bottom right-hand corner from eight yards on 27 minutes after Glenn Ferguson had threaded the ball through.

Ferguson executed a dipping left-foot shot over Plummer after 77 and Paul Munster completed a convincing win by scoring after 83 and 85 minutes.

After the Blues' opener, Mark Miskimmin went close but dragged his shot across the face of goal.

Mulgrew added the second and then Ferguson stabbed the ball past the post and Jonny Harkness hit the post with a free-kick.

Matthew Doherty was then stretchered off with an injury before half-time.

After the break, Marty Verner shot straight at Alan Mannus while, at the other end, a Ferguson header from a Conor Hagan cross was saved by Plummer and Curran blasted the rebound wide.

Substitute Robert Garrett had a shot deflected wide before Linfield scored three goals to wrap up the points.
