Jamie Mulgrew made it 2-0 when he fired into the bottom right-hand corner from eight yards on 27 minutes after Glenn Ferguson had threaded the ball through.
Ferguson executed a dipping left-foot shot over Plummer after 77 and Paul Munster completed a convincing win by scoring after 83 and 85 minutes.
