Sean Connor was appointed to the Bohs job 13 months ago |
Eircom League club Bohemians have sacked manager Sean Connor who departs the club after a year in charge. The Bohemians website said the club had terminated the Belfast man's contract but declined to give any reason.
After a poor start to the season, the Gypsies rallied to eventually secure third spot in the table and a place in next season's Intertoto Cup.
O'Connor had already begun to build for next season by signing Killian Brennan from Derry City.
The club say they intend to fill the vacancy as soon as possible.
Former Sligo manager Connor was given a three-year contract 13 months ago.
