Linfield beat Dungannon on penalties in the 2007 Irish Cup final |
Double winners Linfield will begin their defence of the JJB Sports Irish Cup with a trip to First Division pacesetters Loughgall. Dungannon Swifts, beaten by the Blues on penalties in last season's final, have also been drawn away as they face Limavady United.
Among the all-Premier ties, Glentoran will be at home to Lisburn Distillery while Cliftonville go to Larne.
Newry City are up against Ballymena and Armagh City will face Crusaders.
Ballymena boss Tommy Wright admitted he had been looking for a more favourable draw.
"At this early stage you would be hoping for one of the teams from the lower leagues but that is the draw, you need a bit of luck," he said.
"It is a difficult one away to Newry but it is a winnable game."
