Institute had to be content with a home draw against Armagh City after wasting a series of chances in Saturday's Carnegie Irish Premier League contest. Ryan Semple hammered Stute into the lead on 11 minutes after great work by Marty Cutmore and Ryan McCreadie.
Liam Cullen headed the equaliser on 29 minutes after Sean Cleary's cross.
Mark Scoltock, McCreadie, David Bell and Philip Lowry missed Stute chances in the second half while Cutmore hit the woodwork direct from a late corner.
