Ballymena United defender Johnny Flynn has gone on a week-long trial with Premier League outfit Blackburn Rovers. The teenager, who is part of the Northern Ireland U19 squad, will hope to impress the Lancashire club enough to earn a move to Ewood Park.
Flynn's recent displays for the Sky Blues have been impressive and he was awarded a supporters' club player of the month award on Saturday.
He sat out the 3-0 win over Limavady and travelled to England on Sunday.
